Almond Encrusted Cod– Center cut North Atlantic cod fish encrusted with almond herb breading, baked and served with a fire roasted red pepper puree, sautéed baby spinach, and honey polenta. (Individually priced at $16.99)
Roast Prime Rib of Beef au Jus – Slow roasted and spice rubbed Queen cut served with a baked Russet potato and sautéed vegetable medley. (Individually priced at $18.99)
Chicken Mushroom Sauté – Boneless chicken cutlets sautéed with Shitake, Button and Oyster mushrooms, sweet onions and garlic in an herbed demi-glaze, tossed with Penne pasta, garnished with Asiago cheese, fresh basil & scallions. (Individually priced at $17.99)
Grilled Vegetable Napoleon – Grilled Portabello mushrooms, squash, eggplant, peppers and onions, layered with seasoned ricotta, drizzled with red pepper reduction and served with mashed sweet potatoes. (Individually priced at $16.99)
