Willibrew Beer Run – FAQ

 

Just the facts:

 
What: We will be selling 24-ounce cans of beer, growlers, and howlers, too! Plus select heat-at-home food options (like DIY Nachos!), glassware, we’ve added a Willibrew Gear section and one for our Willimantic neighbors, too. Come make a Willibrew Beer Run! 
 
When: Order beginning today for pickup TOMORROW, Friday, May 28(4PM – 7PM) or Saturday, May 30 (1PM – 4PM), be sure to select your day and time when placing your order.
 
Where: here at Willibrew, we’ll be getting you your order near our ramp in the parking lot

How: through our nifty online store!

The fine print:
  • We have a limited amount of the beers we’re offering.
  • You must be 21 or older to purchase beer. Please have a valid picture ID when you arrive.
  • We can not ship beer, please have “curbside pickup” selected when you place your order. Please be sure to select the day you’d like to come and a time slot so we can better serve you when you arrive.
  • Please call when you arrive and let us know your name and order number and what car you’re in so we can get you your order. 860-423-6777
  • Please have proof of your store order available when you arrive.
  • We will not be accepting orders over the phone, and for the health of our staff and you, we will not accept cash payments.
  • When you arrive, please observe social distancing protocol while we work to get you your order.
  • We are not able to refill your growlers at this time. If you’d like to trade your growler for a $3.00 coupon to enjoy when we reopen we’re happy to make that happen.

FAQ

Are you only offering specials? Nope! Most of our full menu remains available, as well as our new Willibrew At Home family-style offerings. Please feel free to give us a call to ask if the item you’re looking for is available.
I tried calling but couldn’t get through, what should I do? First, thank you! We’ve been receiving a lot of calls for take-out and we very much appreciate it. If you can’t get through please call again. Please don’t leave a voicemail message with your order as we want to be sure we get it.
I’d like curbside pick-up, is that an option? Yes! Let us know when you call and we’ll be happy to make arrangements.
I’ve placed my order and I’m here at Willibrew, now what do I do? Please wait outside and give us a call, 860-423-6777.
Umm, what ‘curb’ at Willibrew are you using? Ha! Curbside for us means coming to the ramp entrance in the parking lot.
Can I place an order at the door? No, we’re only taking orders over the phone.
Can I pay with cash? We are doing everything we’re able to limit contact and our preference for the safety and health of our guests and staff is to have you pay with a credit or debit card. However, we are still accepting cash payments.
