An extremely robust Imperial Stout aged in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heavenhill.com\/age-gate.php\">Heaven Hill<\/a> whiskey barrels for about eight months, resulting in a massive (for beer) 15 percent alcohol by volume then infused with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intelligentsiacoffee.com\/\">Intelligentsia Coffee<\/a>; the brewery considered 12 varieties before settling on La Tortuga.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/romanticwillimantic\">Romantic Willimantic\u2019s Chocolate Festival<\/a> reminds me that now is a great time to try the various Seasonal brews on the market. Here at Willibrew we will have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stbcbeer.com\/\">Southern Tier&#8217;s Choklat<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/hookerbeer.com\/\">Thomas Hooker<\/a>&#8216;s Chocolate Truffle made with local <a href=\"http:\/\/www.munsonschocolates.com\/\">Munson&#8217;s chocolate<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/foundersbrewing.com\/?av-submitted=true\">Founder<\/a>&#8216;s Cerise, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berkshirebrewingcompany.com\/\">Berkshire<\/a>&#8216;s Raspberry Barleywine, and not to be missed our own <a href=\"http:\/\/willibrew.com\/wbc-beers\/\">S.W.A.K Stout<\/a> (sealed with a kiss of vanilla).
